Each job begins with intake checks. We confirm drawings, specifications, RAL/finish codes, and substrate type. Parts are photographed as needed, and inspected for dents, oils, rust, or fabrication residue.

We remove contaminants through degreasing and rinsing, then apply the correct pretreatment as required and phosphate or chromate-free conversion for aluminium and steel.

Automatic Gema reciprocator and guns deliver consistent film build on profiles and panels, while skilled operators handle edges, cavities, and complex geometries. Single, double, or specialty stacks (primers, SDF/Durasol, effects) are applied to meet performance and design specifications.

Tested, Documented, and Ready to Deliver
Coated parts travel through a gas fired, temperature mapped convection oven on a controlled conveyor to achieve a uniform cure and consistent film build across the entire component. Cured parts are then verified for film thickness, adhesion, gloss, colour, and appearance. After final wipedown, we apply protective wraps, labels, and paperwork so they arrive site-ready.
